It’s Ray J’s Turn!

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Ray J filed for dissolution of marriage in Los Angeles County Court, today, and is asking a judge to order joint custody of the couple’s two children.

The ‘Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood’ star also claims the couple has a prenuptial agreement, which outlines support, and personal property which is not a part of the marriage and should be enforced.

Ray J, who is represented by celebrity attorney Laura Wasser, never responded to Princess Love’s original divorce petition, which she dismissed on July 6, almost immediately after filing the document.

The couple shares two children, daughter Melody Love, and son Epik Ray.

At the time, a representative for the couple issued a statement saying, “It’s a very difficult time for both Princess and Ray J and we are asking that we just let them have their privacy as they work through and deal with this very trying situation.”
