Emotional self-care also involves finding out more about your true self and developing skills such as kindness, compassion, and improved communication to help you cope better with challenging situations at home or at work.

Focusing on ways to improve your social habits and develop healthy social relationships can boost and rebalance your social self-care needs, allowing for a deeper and more nurturing relationships.
