Meal prepping is the act of preparing several meals in one sitting so that there are available meals when a person gets ready to eat or gets hungry.
Prepping meals is a healthy way to stay on top of a particular meal plan and focus on nutrition. for many of our seniors seniors, nutrition may be one of the biggest factors in their health status, especially if they have been diagnosed with an illness or disease.
