Honey Sriracha Smoked Turkey Necks
Ingredients
2-5 lbs. of Smoked Turkey Necks
Swanson Chicken Broth 32 OZ
Water
Badia Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Smoked Paprika
Organic Brown Coconut Sugar
Sauce Ingredients
¼ cup of Honey
3 tbs. of Sriracha Sauce
2 tbs. of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbs. of Brown Sugar
(Add more or less to get it to your tasting)
Directions
· Wash smoked turkey necks with water, season them, and let marinate for 30 minutes
· Place turkey necks in a pot that has the chicken broth and water just enough to cover the meat
· Boil the turkey necks for at least 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. You should be able to see the meat falling off the bone. If liquids get low just add more water
· Once the turkey necks are done add in mixing bowl Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar. Mix well and as you mix, taste the sauce to see if it’s okay with you
· Add the mixture to your pot of turkey necks and taste the sauce once again, then cook for another 10-15 minutes.
