Garlic Honey Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
¼ cup honey
1-2 Tablespoons of mustard seasoning
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
¾ cup of apple cider vinegar
Crushed red peppers to taste
2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil (Canola oil, avocado oil, coconut oil)
Directions
Whisk the honey, mustard seasonings, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, crush red peppers, and olive oil together in a bowl and set it aside. Prepare the pork chops and seasoning on both sides with salt and pepper. Preheat oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pork chop on a baking sheet or pan evenly and pour sauce over pork chops. Cook for 15-25 minutes. Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
