    Grain and Berry – St. Petersburg

    Today my daughter and I tried a new superfood cafe, Grain and Berry located in Saint Petersburg Florida. The layout of the establishment is very modern yet cozy and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The menu ranges from superfood smoothie bowls, yogurt banana splits, yogurt parfaits, fresh juices, avocado toasts, healthy shots, smoothies, flatbreads, and quesadillas. My daughter and I both had the chance to sample spirulina and we absolutely loved it.     I’m sharing an overview of a plant-based eating lifestyle. This is intended to clear any confusion about what people including (myself) mean when they say plant-based.
